Program: Paint Shop Pro




Step 1- Open the image you want to change

Step 2- Press the selection tool and set it to rounded rectangle



Step 3- Hover over the image with the selection tool
here's how it should look


Step 4- Go to Selections--> Invert



Step 5- Press delete
save && your done
