Color Spots

Program: Paint Shop Pro




Step 1: Open the image you want to change.

Step 2: Make a new raster layer.

Step 3: Select the circle brush tool and set the hardness to 0.



Step 4: Choose the color you want to use and click the picture where you want the color spots.

Step 5: Set the raster layer to overlay &nd you done.
